Our Juices

Did you know that the way fresh juice is made significantly affects its taste, nutritional value and shelf life? Most juices are made on centrifugal machines. These juicers are fast, easy to use and relatively inexpensive. There is, however, a cost. During extraction, the juice loses nutrients through exposure to air, electricity, heat and light. Many manufacturers of centrifigul machines recommend the juice be consumed immediately.

At Arden's Garden, we make our juices with a cloth-filtered hydraulic press. The resulting juice tastes exceptional because it is pulp-free. Equally important, it contains more than double the nutrients and enzymes of a centrifigul juice. This chart illustrates the nutritional superiority of pressed juices.
