How Does It Work?
Before you start, we recommend that you prepare your body by increasing your consumption of raw vegetables and fruits.
For breakfast, start with a Grand Slam. Take a shot of wheatgrass and be sure to swish it in your mouth for 20 seconds before swallowing. Finish the Grand Slam by taking shots of the ginger, lemon and cranberry - in that order.
In mid-morning drink a Real Energy.
Have a Hotshot for lunch.
Then drink the Ginger Gold shooter in the afternoon.
Follow that with a Plant Protein.
