This cleanse consists of 1 Grand Slam, 5 juices and 1 Shooter taken over the course of a day. Recommended length of cleanse: 2-5 Days
What Is It?
One of the benefits of a juice cleanse is its ability to give you a boost of energy. An unhealthy diet can make you feel sluggish, so a juice cleanse can help rid your body of low-nutrient foods, fatigue and even brain fog.
What’s In It?
- 1 Grand Slam (wheatgrass, ginger, lemon, cranberry)
- 1 Real Energy
- 1 Plant Protein
- 1 Paradise
- 1 Hotshot
- 1 Green Energy Machine
1 Ginger Gold
How Does It Work?
Before you start, we recommend that you prepare your body by increasing your consumption of raw vegetables and fruits.
For breakfast, start with a Grand Slam. Take a shot of wheatgrass and be sure to swish it in your mouth for 20 seconds before swallowing. Finish the Grand Slam by taking shots of the ginger, lemon and cranberry - in that order.
In mid-morning drink a Real Energy.
Have a Hotshot for lunch.
Then drink the Ginger Gold shooter in the afternoon.
Follow that with a Plant Protein.
Drink a Green Energy Machine for dinner.
Finish your day with a Paradise before bed.
