Lately, it feels like every which way you look all the headlines say the same:
“Grocery Store Prices Have Jumped and There’s no Relief in Site!”
“Americans Struggle With Supper time Sticker Shock”
And almost daily: “Food Prices are Rising Again.”
Even our own CEO, Leslie Zinn, recently told the Atlanta Journal and Constitution how tough it is for food and beverage businesses to absorb the impact of tariffs and inflation without raising prices.
But at Arden’s Garden, Good Health for All is a promise we’ve kept for 30 years (and spoiler alert: with no plans of stopping anytime soon). And this week, we’re showing just how much that mission means by rolling prices back to 1995, the year it all began.
When our founder, Arden Zinn, turned a vacant Little Caesars across from Piedmont Park into our very first store in 1995, it wasn’t about business; it was about wellness. Arden believed that true health starts with what we put in our bodies, and she saw fruits and vegetables as nature’s most powerful medicine.
“My mother was passionate about sharing the message of wellness,” Leslie explains. “She believed in making health accessible to everyone. If she’d had her way, she probably would have given her juices away for free.”
That passion became the foundation of Arden’s Garden. And this Friday, September 26—on what would have been Arden’s 88th birthday—we’re celebrating her legacy and our 30th year in Atlanta with a throwback you won’t want to miss.
For one day only, juice prices will look just like they did when we first opened our doors:
1 juice for $3
2 juices for $5
4 juices for $8
For 30 years, our community has been what’s made our story what it is. Now we’re saying thank you the best way we know how: the Arden way.
To really bring the nostalgia, we’ll have a 90s soundtrack on deck: TLC, Alanis Morissette, Smashing Pumpkins, you name it. It’s a full-on throwback, and everyone’s invited to stop by your neighborhood Arden’s Garden, sip like Arden, and party like it’s 1995.
Because just like Montell said: “This is how we do it.”
